Technology can be frustrating. Sometimes it just doesn’t seem to work the way it’s supposed to, or it breaks and you can’t figure out what broke, let alone why. My name is Steven Wells, and I’m the owner of At Ease Computer Help and the provider of its technical support services. My particular interest is helping older people feel more at ease with the technology they use by offering local IT support in Southern Oregon. I have long experience working with computers, tablets, and smart phones. I am comfortable and well trained in Mac OS, Windows, iOS, Android, Chrome, home networking and security, and more.
